Pregnancy Support
I offer pregnancy support from start to finish. There are plenty of things that someone need support with:
- finding the right provider
- deciding where to birth baby
- investigating prenatal care services
- researching tests/screenings/procedures
- creating a birth plan
- anything else you can think of!
Postpartum Support
The fourth trimester doesn't need to be so hard! They say, "it takes a village to raise a family," but where is this village? If you're needing some extra support in those first few weeks and months, that's where I come in! Support may look like:
- emotional support
- extra hands for older children
- help with cleaning/laundry
- cooking and meal support
Breastfeeding Support
This goes for any stage of your walk - whether it be before baby arrives or after! Some areas I can help with:
- prenatal breastfeeding education
- postpartum emotional support and encouragement
- early breastfeeding establishment
- troubleshooting and tips
